Subject: Chapter 17 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures – Annex F – Red Meat Disposition

Please be advised that section 17.9 of chapter 17 of the Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures has been deleted and replaced by Annex F.

Annex F of chapter 17 has been created to provide additional guidance on the disposition of conditions and diseases detected at ante-mortem and post-mortem.
