Annex A must be issued. As indicated in Annex D, Appendix I and  IV, only cooked meat is permitted.

Observation

Australia, Finland, Norway and New Zealand are the only countries' official authorities able to certify pork fresh meat. For the other countries, only meats which have undergone a specific treatment against PRRS can be exported to New Caledonia
